Our owners, Jon and Cynthia Coomb, have a strong track record when it comes to running outstanding restaurants, having not only been proprietors of the Michelin bib gourmand restaurant, the Stephen Langton but also the Rémy Martin Restaurant Excellence Award winning restaurant, The Westerly.
We combine classic cuisine with modern cooking techniques. We frequently visit Smithfield and Covent Garden markets and our ingredients are expertly sourced and are seasonally, sustainably and locally obtained where possible. Our extensive wine list consists solely of “real wines” meaning that they are all sourced from passionate, independent producers, made by hand with minimal intervention and maximum respect for the nature and surrounding environment. All of our beers come from the highly acclaimed Camden Brewery and our creative bar staff are constantly striving to create the perfect cocktail.
The Pendleton’s design reflects our menu; classic with a modern twist. Eye catching artwork provides a talking point and diners can look into the kitchen and watch the chefs at work. In good weather, guests can dine on the terrace.
